Wall Ball Drills - Building Stronger Players

For those wanting to better their skills. There is no better place to start than a wall! Sound ridiculous..? Ask around the club or just have a look at some seniors that start their warm up this way every week!! They do this to keep their stick skills and hand-eye coordination sharp.
Its beneficial for many reasons….eye-hand coordination, reaction time, aim, ball release accuracy, strength…the list goes on..
Repetition builds stronger..better lacrosse players…It’s just you and the “WALL”!!
It’s absolutely critical. There’s nothing that can replicate the kind of repetition that you get with Wall Ball. From a purely Developmental standpoint Wall Ball is a step above for your training, allowing you to practice with a lot of quick repetitions at a rapid-fire pace.
Don’t have a wall close to your house? The club has a permanent one you are welcome to use any time! Tennis clubs often do or schools!
